Die characteristics of non-magnetic steel HPM75
Non-magnetic steel HPM75 is a Japanese metal (HITACHI) brand, HPM series non-magnetic plastic die steel, free cutting plastic die steel; Aged up to 40-45HRC, non-magnetic high hardness stainless steel with the following magnetic properties:
L Permeability (μ) =1.01, with non-magnetic and imported SUS304
L High hardness 40-45HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
L Good wear resistance, can be nitriding treatment.
No magnetic steel HPM75 application
HPM75 high hardness non-magnetic plastic plastic mold steel has the following uses:
L Magnetic plastics
L Used for manufacturing non-magnetic molds in the electronics industry
L Non-magnetic die steel for magnetic material plants
L is about 3 times longer than the life of austenitic steel
L Wear-resistant non-magnetic tools

Note: Work hardening is easy to occur, and low speed machining is recommended.
