4. Characteristics:
Our P20 is a new type of steel for plastic mold modified based on DIN1.2311 steel. By modifying the chemical compositions of the steel, the anti-acid effect become more excellent and the mirror polishing property become more superior;
Smelted in application of ESR process, the steel becomes more purified; The steel is 100% subject to ultrasonic defect detection and free of air bubbles and sir porosity;
The steel is supplied in pre-hardened state (30-36HRC) and suitable for direct molding. Softened steel and special hardening heat treatment services may be provided according to the clients' need.
